After finishing a book on Pope John Paul II for Little, Brown, Robert Sullivan flew to Vatican City to report "Upon This Rock" for VIA. A seasoned explorer, Robert has investigated places most travelers have only dreamed of, including the legendary Lost Continent, which was featured in his recent book, Atlantis Rising: The True Story of a Submerged Land, Yesterday and Today.

On a pilgrimage of a different sort, Robert traveled to Austin, Texas, for the annual South by Southwest Music and Media Conference and Festival. Ten thousand music fans joined Robert in scouring dives in search of blues, jazz, rock, country, and anything else that was lively and loud.

Robert also reported on the cultural feast in New York during the holidays in It's Christmas Time in the City.
