Events submitted to this form will be considered for both the VIA magazine and VIA Online event calendars. All submissions are subject to review, acceptance, and editing by VIA staff. The deadline for VIA Online is 30 days before the first day of the event. Deadlines for VIA magazine are as follows:

We are also interested in press releases and high quality photos for your event. We accept CDs of high-resolution digital photos in jpg or tiff format. We also accept slides. Releases and photos can be sent to:
