A pair of Elmer Miller spurs and an all-beaver Stetson cowboy hat from the Cowboy Connection in Livingston, Montana

Maybe these Elmer Miller spurs, with their silver conchas and 20-point rowels, will turn your head at the Cowboy Connection, a collectibles shop in Livingston, Mont. But, whoa, they're $2,500? Easy there. A century-old, all-beaver Stetson with a Montana peak goes for less ($250), as do antique playing cards, ivory poker chips, match safes, and watch fobs.
